I created this tumblr because I always end up browsing for hours before I do a new manicure, and I wanted the world's best nail art available in one place. I'm not into the average art you can get at any corner nail salon, I like the new, crazy, interesting nail art. It's the 21st century, your nails shouldn't look like the 90s!

2009 Promotion of ‘The Fame Monster’ in Berlin: Back in 2009, Gaga began her early promotion of her second album, appearing at numerous press events around the world. In September she made a photocall appearance in Berlin to discuss her upcoming album and promote her Heartbeats headphones. I thought this dress was so cute, so I wanted to do a design for it.
Colors & Materials Used: White base coat with black nail art pen designs and straight-edged ‘moon’ in Fuchsia Power (Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear).
If you check out the link above, you can see that Gaga switched shoes during this event; which is where the addition of the pink came from. Also, this was my first time using a nail art pen and the application wasn’t quite as smooth as I had hoped, but it beats dipping a toothpick in polish!

My homage to Candice, aka Mr. Candiipants! Candice was one of the first people I followed when I started my nail blog, not only because of her badass nails but also because of her sarcastic sense of humor and her quirkiness. She’s always seemed super personable and her nails are consistently awesome. I love her florals and her chevron/zigzag patterns, so I combined this manicure with this one and did the pointer & middle as accent nails :) The florals were super fun to do, too!

Dandelion Nails. I used Essie’s “Master Plan” polish as the background color.
I took off that last manicure in a few hours mostly because I just wanted to paint my nails again… And this is what I came up with! I put on the base color having no idea what I was gonna do with it, but I’m super happy with what it turned into. These are super girly and completely outside of my normal style, but I think it’s good to do that sort of stuff every now and then! Mix it up a little! Y0L0? (let’s all agree and say that was a sarcastic/ironic yolo)
Still going strong after two weeks! Vintage scarf print requested nails! We can do absolutely anything and everything in WAH NAILS!!!
