I created this tumblr because I always end up browsing for hours before I do a new manicure, and I wanted the world's best nail art available in one place. I'm not into the average art you can get at any corner nail salon, I like the new, crazy, interesting nail art. It's the 21st century, your nails shouldn't look like the 90s!

Most of the nails posted are not mine. All nails have links back to their original sources.

If you're new to tumblr, you should know that the "fuck yeah" in this blog's title is not meant to offend--fuck yeah blogs are a tumblr phenomenon intended to indicate that the blog is solely dedicated to that single subject.

Pink Bubblegum Barbie Disco Glitter Mani (Woohoo!)

Wooo!!! I think this may be the most awesomest, craziest thing I have ever had on my nails, I lurvvvvve it. So obviously I had to think of some crazy ass over the top name for this crazy ass over the top mani. Halloween is no more; the spooky and grungy stuff has gone, and has made way for this sparkly sensation! I first painted my nails a base-coat (OPI Nail Envy, this stuff is a bit expensive but ROCKS - it makes your nails super strong and stops varnish from chipping). I then painted each nail at a time, a coat of pink (Beauty UK, don’t think the colour has a name). While the pink was still wet, I dunked my nail in to a pot of pink fine glitter. I got a pack of four glitters like this for £1 at poundland - how friggen awesome is that?! I did this for all nails. One dunk in the glitter probably would have been fine but I wanted to make sure all nails were totally glitterfied, so put on a layer of clear topcoat and repeated the process. Once I was happy, and certain that the glitter was in place, I finished it all off with a topcoat. I was a bit worried that these were going to get ruined as I had to wash my hair one hour later, but no glitter has fallen off at all!!! The are a bit bumpy on top but rock hard - a bit like some glamorous sandpaper. All in all I LOVE these nails! Yes, they will be a bitch to get off - but I may do my next post on an easy way to remove glitter varnish. Yay for the pink!!!
